Rural Development Programme: This includes Balwadis, Youth Camps, Rural Libraries, Medicare, Cultural classes, competitions, eye care for old and needy.

Natural Resources Development Project: Under this low cost housing, eco clubs, bio-gas and non-conventional resources are being popularised.

The Kendra is playing a useful role in propagating yoga. The Kendra is laying great emphasis on development of people in tribal areas.

The Sangh is running a Degree College and a Senior Secondary School. There are about 1100 girl students. They have 4 hostels for the girl students. The students and staff take keen interest in health care activities, life values and cultural activity for the benefit of society in adjoining villages.

They work for the upliftment of the socially deprived widows and divorced women and rehabilitate them. Non-vegetarianism and root vegetables are prohibited in the campus. Karuna Mandal has a library and it motivates students for conservation of plants and animal wealth.

The institution believes in religious harmony and do Sarva Dharma Prarthana and Namokar Mantra Daily.
They have planted 300 plants in the campus. The students propagate importance of environmental cleanliness. They also do social service. The main object of the trust is the socio-economic upliftment, education, training in fine arts and industries. They also train in health and hygiene awareness and conduct expeditions and give winter training programmes.

PREMA HOSPITAL at Visakapatnam the coastal city in the eastern part of India is a 800 bedded hospital facility which is exclusive for the patients who are affected with Poliomyelitis. PREMA stands for POLIO RESEARCH REHABILITATION AND MANAGEMENT PREMA also means LOVE in many of the Indian languages and that is what they want to give for thier patients. Service provided in the hospital are free for the poor and the ones who can afford will have to bear the cost of plaster of paris bandages only as this is a very costly item. However, during the camps organized by donors, everybody is provided free treatment. Each month, atleast one such camp is organizations and clubs since running a rehabilitative institution of such a magnitude requires lot of financial support. The organization is a charitable trust and is mainly involved in the activities of immunization.

The reason behind its genesis dates back to the year 1978, when the doyen of polio corrective surgery late Dr C Vyaghreswarudu started the movement of free polio corrective surgeries and surgical camps. His ardent disciple Dr S V Adinarayana Rao associating himself with his guru in this yeomen service since 1978, started contiork after the demise of his mentor. A full - fledged hospital for the medical surgical & therapeutical management for the complete rehabilitation of the Polio afflicted has been the long cherished dream of Late Dr Vyaghreswarudu. This was fulfilled by starting the PREMA (Polio research Rehabilitation & Management) Hospital, which is managed by the Free Polio Surgical & Research foundation.

Campus
It is estimated that nearly 75% of the Polio afflicted patients are living in rural areas of India and most of them are still unattended. It is not always easy to bring the disabled person to a rehabilitation centre. It involves a lot of expenditure, strain and time. To bridge this gap, the Free Polio Surgical and Research Foundation is conducting free polio surgical camps all over the country, thus bringing service to the patient at his doorstep. So far, nearly 752 such camps have been conducted in various parts of operating on 1,70,000 patients with more than 4 lakhs surgical procedures.
During the last year 39 Free Polio Surgical camps and 39 review camps have been conducted in various States.
